This role is integral to enhancing the productivity of South Sydney’s Director in Charge and the broader Industrial Sales and Leasing business. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to lead and innovate with marketing, position our people as experts and create memorable service experiences for clients and customers.

Based in the Mascot office, a core focus of this position is to help the business to win more work from existing clients and create brand loyalty to Colliers International.

Some of your key responsibilities will include the following:

  • Prepare major submissions and marketing materials, including presentations, pitches, proposals, capability statements, graphics, and visual imagery.
  • Manage and prioritise numerous, multi-layered projects in accordance with deadlines, whilst effectively communicating progress back to the Director in Charge and clients.
  • Prepare media schedules and budgets for campaigns based on the project’s objectives, and targets, seek relevant approvals, and then execute campaigns regularly reporting on its effectiveness and performance.
  • Prepare various sales and marketing collateral, including copywriting, formatting, managing approvals, arranging printing and distribution to greater team.
  • Develop working relationships with external creative agencies to ensure each commercial project is effectively delivered with guidance from client.
  • Coordinate photo shoots and video shoots, including negotiating rates, scheduling filming on site, writing scripts, gathering relevant feedback and approvals, and pushing final output on relevant platforms.
  • Assist with business development activities including ongoing team marketing, public relations, and client engagement events.
