As a custodian of the workplace, you are responsible for:
· Administration, operation, and management of the workplace
· Audio Visual and basic IT support
· Meeting room management and set-up
· Ensuring the workplace is presented, maintained, and utilised to its design
· Facilities administration and mail / parcel management
· Assisting employees with day-to-day enquiries
· Responding to and implementing changes to the workplace and processes as required
· Possess Events experience or food & beverage service
· Warmly welcoming visitors, access control and contractor management and providing secure building access
· Maintaining immaculate presentation of lobby, reception, and workplace areas
· Monitoring and responding to all requests via email, phone or in person
· VIP escort and hosting & Executive Boardroom support
