Talent Acquisition Coordinator
As a member of our internal recruiting team, you will contribute to the planning and implementation of the annual Publicis Groupe talent acquisition strategy to drive growth across ANZ.
This will also assist our global mission of having the right talent on the right work at the right time across Publicis Groupe. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator in our team takes accountability for handling the technology, tools and processes that enable our team to deliver the talent acquisition strategy as efficiently as possible. In addition to this the Talent Acquisition Coordinator recruits for coordinator level and other junior roles.

Brief Overview of Key Accountabilities:
Tools & Processes
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Become our ATS (applicant tracking system) superuser – stay up to date with tech upgrades and help the team adapt to them.
- Take care of ATS users, access settings and provide training to new starters
- Monitor usage standards: ensure the technology is used correctly, consistently and the data is clean
- Open approved roles on ATS, publish and unpublish jobs
- Reporting
- Become a reporting super user, ensure that the team has access and provide training to new starters
- Work with the talent operations team to ensure that the reporting systems are working optimally.
- Monitor the systems to ensure that all data is up to date and clean for reporting processes.
- Generate ad hoc reports as requested.
Labour Market Testing
- Ensure that we meet all LMT requirements on a monthly basis – request job ads, publish and supply records
- Work with P&C to adapt processes to meet any new compliance requirements and ensure that the timing of the LMT process assists all other related processes
- Internal Resourcing
Be the first point of contact for internal teams with requests.
Ensure that confirmed hires are uploaded on Jira, an ICA is generated and signed.
Talent Acquisition
- Candidate sourcing
- Create marketing materials to help the TA team source candidate e.g., tiles for social media posts etc.
- Create marketing materials to promote the employee referral program – reply to referral fee policy enquiries
- Help build talent pool as requested by proactively sourcing talent using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Recruitment
- Take care of the end-to-end recruitment process for entry level/graduate and other junior level roles.
- Ensure that candidate notes are captured, and the full life cycle of an open role is managed through our ATS
- Take care of the recruitment process to deliver an exceptional candidate experience and improve the attractiveness of Publicis Groupe and its individual brands as employers.
- Effectively manage hiring managers and guide them through the recruitment process.

- Help with general admin like presentations, updating team templates and reference checking.
