- Full-time ongoing position
- Primarily based at our Box Hill office with the possibility of working from Wantirna South if required
- $41 - $45.51 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications) + Super + Generous Salary Packaging benefits of up to $18,550
As part of the ITC team, your days will be varied and highly collaborative with your duties including:
- Providing direct support through the implementation of social and/or psychological strategies, case management skills, therapeutic group work, individual 1:1 support sessions, and family support using a strength-based approach.
- Supporting young people address mental health recovery goals.
- Supporting young people to develop activities of daily living (ADLs) and self-management skills for independent living.
- Liaising with other services involved in client recovery to ensure collaborative approach to care.
- There may be some outreach involved if required to support our Youth Outreach Recovery Support (YORS) program.
Please note: This role requires flexibility to work between 9:00am-7:30pm weekdays (staff take on an average of one to two 11:30am-7:30pm shifts per week). During evening/lone shifts support is available from EACH’s after hours on-call service.
