The Mercure Brisbane Spring Hill has a great opportunity for a distribution and strategy loving Revenue Manager with a naturally analytical mind. Our ideal candidate works autonomously, has confidence in their decision-making ability, strong problem-solving skills and can communicate strategy to key stakeholders.
The Revenue Manager will report directly to the General Manager and liaise with Regional Director of Revenue & Channel Performance, and Hotel Department Heads.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Work closely with the Sales Team to maximise revenue and achieve targets
- Analyse market and hotel specific trends in order to accurately forecast future demand and apply strategies
- Ascertain and implement the ideal business mix for the Hotel
- Ensure optimal presence for business opportunities through brand websites, third party websites, CRO and GDS
- Use your strong analytical skills to correlate data from multiple sources
- Create and analyse reports, and utilise these results to make strategic decisions
- Utilise Opera PMS, EzRMS, OTA Insight and the Accor distribution system on a daily basis
- Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
