· Provide physiotherapy services focusing on headache and migraine management using the Watson Headache® Approach.
· Implement the Watson Headache Approach in patient care, setting our clinic apart in the industry.
· Collaborate with the team to share patient management responsibilities.
· Build and maintain strong rapport with patients.
· Contribute to business expansion and nurture existing referral connections.
· Manage your diary confidently and contribute to key administration activities.
· Treat and manage a diverse case load with 1-hour initial appointments and 30-minute follow-up appointments.
· Provide necessary letters to referrers and assist allied health professionals.
· Efficiently book and manage your diary.
· Assist with extra administration tasks as required, including phone management, emails, texts, and payment processing.
· A warm, welcoming environment.
· Excellent referral basis from local GP's and health professionals.
· Flexibility in working hours supporting work/life balance.
· Professional Development annual allowance of $1000pa, plus 50% of course thereafter.
· One-on-one mentoring as required.
