We are looking for an experienced Physio (3 - 8 years exp) that is looking to take on a new challenge with opportunities for career progression and leadership.
At Kieser, you will:
- Work alongside a team of physiotherapists with diverse backgrounds including international sport and elite level sport
- Have access to a Sports Physician and other specialists with whom we work closely
- Be part of a team who are committed to providing the best service in the industry to achieve optimal outcomes for musculoskeletal and chronic health conditions
- Be provided access to state-of-the-art rehab equipment and diagnostics PLUS in-house Exercise Physiologists and Exercise Scientists
- Be involved with mentoring a growing team of Physiotherapists, including recent Graduates with a keen interest in professional and personal development
- Build connections in the local community as well as the opportunity to work with a variety of local sports clubs (football, cricket, hockey, etc.)
- Have opportunities to work among Aussie Rules Football Teams and Clubs, we service a number of local and junior elite level clubs including Old Scotch Football Club and the Oakleigh Chargers
- Quickly develop a caseload in a high performing clinic
- Receive PD and mentoring from clinicans across the Kieser network

You would also:
- Be involved with establishing and nurturing medical partnerships with local GP's and Specialists
- Help to grow a rapidly expanding clinic that is focused on having a positive impact on the long-term health outcomes
- Be encouraged to explore opportunities for further career progression. (Clinic Leader - Principal Physio - Regional Leader etc)
- Find opportunities for non-clinical (not treating) pathways in some of our career paths

Our remuneration packages include a significant base salary as well as commissions. Depending on your experience our salary packages range between $100,000 to $125,000. All of our physios are employed on a Full Time basis attracting all the standard benefits - no contractors here!
