The Company Company based in North Sydney area is currently seeking for a bright and hands on Accounts Payable Officer to join their team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced but ambitious Accounts Payable Officer to join dynamic & supportive firm. This is a maternity cover role for 11 months. The Role Full function Accounts Payable duties Management of the AP inbox including Employee Expenses Providing feedback to branch or supplier regarding errors on invoices including approvals, supporting documents etc. Entering supplier invoices into the accounts payable system Processing employee expense claims Processing both domestic and international payments Assisting with the preparation of customer consolidated invoices Bank reconciliations Reviewing the general ledger for transactional accuracy Maintain financial information, files and records (e.g. copies of paid invoices) for the purpose of ensuring the availability of documentation and compliance with established policies and regulatory guidelines.
