Your new role The Learning & Capability team for our Workers Compensation business strives for operational excellence by working closely with our business unit as well as our customer, iCare. You will be joining a space with significant growth within a continuously improving industry, that calls for our learning requirements to grow and adapt all the time. As our Learning Delivery Specialist, you will have the opportunity to coordinate & deliver a range of learning to new starters, emerging leaders, and stakeholder groups within our workers compensation business. More specifically you will: Coordinate and deliver learning virtually and in-person. Manage online learning e-module participation and delivery. Provide business reporting on learning outcomes including attendance, trends analysis and assessment. Work with the broader Learning and Capability team to present opportunities for growth and development in the learning eco-system Work directly with a range of stakeholders, including our customer to ensure the efficient and sustainable delivery of learning. About you With a passion for learning, you are looking for your next career move that will see you involved in the end-to-end delivery of learning within an evolving space. To be successful in this position, you will have: Experience in workers compensation, this may be as a case manager, team leader or other role. Preferred applicants will have experience in guiding training and learning, Strong active listening and questioning skills to guide and facilitate dialogue, reflection, and deeper discussion of learning topics. Excellent communication skills. You are confident and articulate, both verbally and nonverbally to deliver information, and provide feedback. Strong group management and interaction skills. You will create a safe and inclusive space for participants to share and learn from each other. You will have the ability to understand and respond to participants' emotions and needs fostering trust and a supportive learning environment. You will be adaptable to unforeseen situations and able to adjust your approach based on participants' needs.
