Your new company This position is with a well-established Australian customer-owned Bank, based at their new Contact Centre office in Brisbane Inner City. Your new role As a Customer Service Consultant based in a Contact Centre, you will be responsible for handling high volume inbound calls/enquiries and transactions as well as outbound follow-up activity (communication via calls predominantly, emails, live chat). You will provide support to customers within the Personal Banking space, handling customer enquiries regarding; opening accounts, internet banking, debit or credit cards, payments/transfers, fraud, foreign exchange, Insurance. Ultimately, you will be identifying opportunities to assist customers with the Bank's range of products and services, and liaise with internal teams to provide solutions. Further details; Start Date: 11th March 2024 Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Work Hours: Monday - Friday morning and afternoon shifts between the hours of 7:30am - 8pm, with a Rotational Saturday 9am - 2pm shift.
