- Providing travel and mobilisation support to the project team including booking inductions, accommodation, travel and medicals.
- Organising site specific training as required.
- Maintaining training records for site personnel.
- Purchasing and minor procurement.
- Project event organisation and management.
- Any other ad hoc project duties as required.
- Providing administration support to the project delivery team.
- Preparation and issuing of reports.
- Ensuring project information and documentation is generated/received in a timely and accurate manner
