We’re on the lookout for qualified and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors to work within WT Australia. Supporting key retail, commercial and residential construction projects, this role will perform various quantity surveying functions including estimating, planning and cost management, cost monitoring, and accurate and timely financial reporting whilst exercising sound financial acumen with a key focus on proactively maximising value for our clients.
This role is available in Sydney Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Adelaide, Newcastle, Geelong and Perth.

- Final account reporting
- Claims preparation, presentation, negotiation and settlement of claims
- Investment analysis
- Formulating and implementing benchmarking processes to improve the consistency, accuracy and time to prepare cost models and plans
