Our Warners Bay clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and an experienced team of 3 Vets and 5 Vet Nurses that are highly supportive of one another! Team wellbeing is a top priority, with career development encouraged and available with ongoing opportunities to build on your skills.
About your new role:
- Casual role undertaking general nursing tasks, including pre and post-operative care, animal pathology and emergency and critical care
- Performing minor procedures when required
- Maintaining the overall hygiene of the practice, including surgical areas and equipment
- Handling client enquiries professionally in person, by email and over the phone
About your skills and your experience:
- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing with 2+ years of experience
- Excellent animal handling skills
- An extensive knowledge and understanding of veterinary nursing procedures
- Good organisational, communication and customer service skills
- Flexible and adaptable within a team environment
- Knowledge of RX Works ideal but not essential
