Senior Cloud Engineer/Architect I am now on the look-out for an experienced cloud engineer/architect to join an innovative Web3 business with big growth plans. Company Founded here in Sydney, this scale-up tech company is building data and cloud computing infrastructure for the world. This company has been around for about 3 years, and in that time has delivered core products to the market that allow users to create their own data clouds, infrastructure, data connectivity, and more. They are currently the largest open data-lake within the crypto industry, processing and storing Web3 and crypto public transactional data. In 2024 and going forward, this company has big plans to expand into other industries such as public health care and scientific research data. Role This position will play a crucial part in the business. You will work across the company’s flagship product, their global decentralised data network which ingests 130GB+ of data daily and has over 345m data points. This role will see you come on-board and contribute to the development of this large-scale open data cloud network. You will contribute to the infrastructure supporting the data cloud, help streamline deployment through automation, collaborate with the security team, and work on enhancing the scalability of the flagship product to ensure it can meet the growing demands of the data network. Requirements Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Infrastructure, Cloud Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field. Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Understanding of infrastructure. Has prior experience working on large-scale cloud environments.
