Primary Details Time Type: Full time Worker Type: Employee Location: Sydney Type: Full-time Permanent Opportunity The opportunity Reporting to the General Manager, Organisational Development and Employee Experience (ODEX), your primary role will be to lead the culture agenda for AUSPAC, driving enterprise culture priorities, as well as enabling AUSPAC's modernisation agenda. This will be achieved through designing and delivering the culture agenda for AUSPAC in concert with the Global and AUSPAC Modernisation Teams. Your new role Inline with the People Strategy design and deploy culture solutions across home market and AUSPAC. Design and lead activities that provide deeper insights into current and future state culture and provide recommendations for change accordingly. Support the AUSPAC Modernisation Team in driving culture change to support successful delivery of Modernisation plans and outcomes. Scale, lead and embed our cultural norms into our way of working across Home Market Design and deliver innovative programs and initiatives to support and inspire both leaders and employees across Home Market Partner with broader ODEX and People Teams to ensure culture plans are integrated and mutually reinforcing. Partner with the Communications Team to ensure communication messages drive and reinforce culture outcomes. Lead activities to effectively measure culture change over time. Identify and plan investment from Modernisation budget to deliver against annual Plan.
