We are looking for Front-End Loader Operators to join our Geraldton team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role involves operating front-end wheel loaders to handle iron ore and other bulk commodities efficiently and safely.
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
- Familiarity with shed maintenance, ore stockpile management, and remote site work.
- Ability to perform under pressure and in varying environmental conditions.
- Knowledge of and commitment to complying with Australian Federal Laws and Western Australia state laws and regulations.
- Good record-keeping, which is essential for compliance purposes.
- Ability to carry out routine maintenance to mobile plant, and report faults.
- Ability to follow strict workplace and safety procedures & have an ongoing commitment to safe work practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a variety of people.
This is a permanent opportunity, based in Geraldton, working 12 hour shifts on a 4/4/4 roster.
