We are looking for an experienced and passionate Director for our major pitch and pursuit team Australia. This role will be responsible for leading a small specialised team that provides strategic oversight and support to major new business pursuits and pitches.
Working with senior leaders across our business, the role is to strategically support the conversion of major new business opportunities - from strategic pre-positioning to major pitch strategy and execution. The role will also help continuously elevate the broader business’ pitching skillset and our pitch platform through best practice training and tool development.
The overall objective of the role is to preposition our team, create best-in-class pursuits, raise pursuit capabilities, and increase win rates for the Australian business. This role offers to chance to work with senior leaders across the business in a fast paced and dynamic environment. The role is empowered to bring news ideas, creativity, innovation, and process improvement to our team.
The role reports to the National Director, Marketing & Communications for Australia and enjoys close collaboration with experts across our Research, Communications and PR teams to help support any strategic pursuit initiatives.
