Your new role It's an exciting time to be joining QBE's Workers Compensation unit. With steady growth and newly implemented performance standards across the industry, our Capability team play a critical role in ensuring that everyone in our business unit will be empowered through performance and development. As our new capability consultant, you will: Support the delivery and implementation of key capability programs and initiatives. Consult and collaborate with stakeholders internally and externally to identify, evaluate and deliver key projects. Collate and story tell key capability data as well as providing recommendations and feedback. Support the capability team via administration and coordination activities for BAU and project work. About you As a capability consultant, you will have the success of your peers and customers at the forefront of your mind as you provide crucial capability assessments.
