As a member of our Specialist Solution Consulting team, you will have a major impact on our future success by supporting Customer & Industry Workflow Solution Sales. You will help drive revenue for our products, with the support and partnership of Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and the executive team.
You are a hands-on technical sales specialist who can go wide and deep on solution discovery and positioning during a sales cycle. As a specialist in customer experience, you will provide subject matter expertise to support the go to market activities industries such as financial services, healthcare, retail, government, and telecommunications.

The Specialist Solution Consultant is a technical sales specialist with the advanced ability to develop, position and demonstrate product-specific solutions during sales cycles while achieving quarterly and annual sales goals for an assigned territory.
- Support product sales as a technical and domain expert in a client-facing sales team that pursues customers and prospects across multiple industry markets
- Lead discovery workshops to determine customers' challenges and deliver compelling product demonstrations to align our solution with customer needs
- Develop client and partner relationships
- Guide strategic programs in top accounts such as customer journey sessions for roadmap and outcome agreement, and mapping of technical solutions to business value
- Provide feedback to product management about product enhancements that can address customer needs and drive additional value
- Learn, develop, and share best practices and re-usable assets with other Solution Consultants to enhance the quality and efficiency of the local and extended team
- Stay current on competitive analysis, market differentiation, and industry trends
- Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows
