This role would have a dual support function across both studios and primarily be responsible for the administration support of the creative team including :
- Specifications for all paid media & exhibition assets
- Co-ordination of deadlines with internal team and agency partners
- Downloading of assets
- Uploading of approved assets
- Distribution of approved assets to external stakeholders ie. Exhibition partners
- Distribution of approved assets to internal partners
- Creative rotation instructions to agency partners
