This role, works closely with the broader P&C team and partners with leaders and other key stakeholders across illion to provide generalist HR/ER advice, coaching and operational support in alignment with the People Strategy, organisational policies, and HR best practice. A key focus of the role is to help embed People Strategy initiatives, uplift leadership capability, and evolve and drive cultural change across illion.
- Building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enable proactive and efficient delivery of HR services
- Supporting the work of the People Ops Manager and CPO by sharing/communicating insights, reports, and monthly leadership/People Strategy updates with leaders in your client group
- Assist in the preparation of reports and other materials (e.g. performance dashboards, engagement survey reports etc) for leaders in your client group
- Assist, advise and coach people leaders (with escalation to the Chief People Officer or Head of People where required) on a range of matters
- Working closely with the Talent & Capability Team to support recruitment activities and embed learning & development activities (e.g. Talent framework) aligned with the People Strategy
- Assisting to embed P&C strategy initiatives and support P&C engagement initiatives and other ad hoc projects as required
