As an Assistant Outlets Manager, you will lead a diverse team of hospitality professionals to create unforgettable experiences for our guests in our award-winning restaurant, Suzette, our elegant lobby bar, Cuvee and our In-Room Dining services.
What you will be doing:
- Assist in leading, mentoring and training the operations team members in all outlets – Suzette, Cuvee lounge bar, In-Room Dining and Mini Bar
- Supervise and delegate duties, ensuring brand standards are maintained
- Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual presentation
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to strategise on new product and service offerings
- Promote a strong ‘Heartist’ culture and a team focused on creating unforgettable guest experiences.
