We are seeking highly motivated individuals to fill the role of Food and Beverage Supervisor in various exclusive outlets within our hotel, including the renowned Suzette Restaurant, In-Room Dining, Mini Bar, and the sophisticated Cuvee Lounge Bar. As a member of our team, you will play a significant role in delivering unparalleled service to our valuable guests, contributing to the epitome of luxury hospitality.
What you will be doing:
- Assist in leading and training a team of Food and Beverage Attendants
- Supervise and delegate duties, whilst ensuring brand standards are met
- Liaise with the kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal is maintained
- Ensure guest expectations are met, delivering a service that exudes luxury and aligns with Sofitel brand standards
- Promote a strong Heartist culture and a team that is focused on providing unforgettable experiences to our guests.
You’ll excel in this role if you have:
- Work on mornings and evenings on a rotating roster with fully availability on weekends and Public holidays
- At least 1 year previous experience in a similar leadership role
- A luxury service focused personality is essential
- A real passion for everything Food and Beverage
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Polished food and beverage service skills including greeting guests, taking orders, cleaning and clearing
- Responsible Service of Alcohol qualification
- A high level of personal presentation aligning with our brand standard
- A team player with the ability to work efficiently.
