About the role
We have immediate opportunities available for casual Cruise Attendants / Waiters to join our team for the season which operates from mid-February to mid-December. This position works on a rotating roster with most shifts from 4:00pm - 9:00pm, however this can vary depending on what we have booked for the week. In peak season we operate 7 days a week, and in the shoulder months when ramping up and down, we operate between 3-6 days per week.
Our Cruise Attendants are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences. Cruise Attendants are primarily responsible for greeting and assisting guests, delivery of food and beverage services, vessel and passenger safety, vessel presentation and safety briefings.
About You

Previous food and beverage or fine dining experience is preferred, however if you can demonstrate an exceptional customer service approach, strong communication skills, a positive "can-do" attitude and are comfortable working on water, that's what really matters.
To be successful, you must hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate, and have the necessary working entitlements to work in Australia, with a minimum 6-month commitment. You will also be able to work flexible hours which may include weekends, public holidays and extended hours
