Leidos Australia currently has an opportunity for an Aviation Technical Administrator to join the Leidos Australia team. The role has a dual function with responsibility for processing of technical data into our document management system and managing a broad array of administrative tasks for the wider team.
This will be an agile role that will evolve to match business needs, but examples of your responsibilities could include the following:
- Provide administrative support to the technical department management
- Maintain staff training and qualification records for new and existing staff
- Coordinate the receipt and distribution of daily work requests to the appropriate team members
- Update and maintain Technical Document Database
- Act as a liaison for IT issues affecting the team
- Raise Purchase Orders for the department
- Manage travel for the department
- Produce and distribute reports on behalf of the management team
