Reporting to the Hotel Manager, this role is integral to the daily operation of the hotel. You will be responsible for the Front Office, Telephones (PABX) and Concierge functions and will liaise with other Departments to ensure that the hotel maintains five-star standards.
This hands-on leadership role will allow you to share your passion for exceptional service by driving service initiatives and coaching, motivating and engaging your team to ensure that our guests have a memorable experience that makes them feel welcome and valued, exceeding their expectations.
