We are looking for a Practice Manager or Senior Vet Nurse who has team management, strong leadership and team building skills, to join and lead a genuinely friendly, caring team who are passionate about providing great patient standards of care and customer service. April 2024 start date.
Eastwood House is a beautiful heritage listed building, fully equipped with digital X-ray, ultrasound, 2 consult rooms, surgery and prep room. We are a small close-knit team of 2 Vets and 2 Vet Nurses offering gold standards of care to our local and loyal client base of the Toowoomba region.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of veterinary professionals and support staff
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that emphasizes exceptional patient care and client satisfaction
Operational Excellence
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance
- Ensure compliance with veterinary standards and regulations
Client Relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive experience and addressing any concerns promptly
- Implement strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction
Financial Management
- Work closely with the regional management team to achieve financial targets and budgets
- Monitor and manage clinic financial performance, including invoicing and accounts receivable
Marketing and Community Engagement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies to attract new clients
- Engage with the local community to build awareness of the clinic's services
