As a Hotel Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities and providing exceptional guest experiences. Key duties include:
- Handle all incoming enquiries in a timely manner
- Provide passionate, knowledgeable and friendly service to external and internal guests at all times
- Maintain accuracy during the call and while inputting details on the call
- Ensure all guest details are fully updated on PMS system and maintain efficient records
- Communicate clearly with other departments as necessary to ensure relevant information is passed on
This is a permanent part-time position, 2-4 days per week rotating between morning and afternoon shift across 7 days. A student visa holder is encouraged to apply.
