We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Office Manager on a full-time basis. If you are someone with a keen eye for detail, possess financial acumen, excel in prioritisation, and are comfortable engaging with service providers, this opportunity is tailor-made for you!

In this exciting role, you will not only tackle a diverse range of tasks but also have the chance to dedicate a significant portion of your time to supporting the business and finance functions. Your key support will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our studio.

Additionally, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining a positive work environment by keeping our studio well-stocked with essentials like fresh bean coffee, fruit, snacks, and donuts for our morning tea events and Friday's Beer O'Clock games tournaments! Join us in creating a thriving and enjoyable workplace experience.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively ensure the upkeep of the studio, including cleanliness, stock levels in kitchen areas, and overall maintenance of general spaces
  • Support Finance Manager by managing XERO accounting records, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, and assisting with Workday tasks and expense claims
  • Provide occasional support to HR for records and reporting
  • Organise events and coordinate projects
  • Oversee building management, maintenance, and ensure rigorous OH&S compliance, while also meticulously maintaining essential supplies for the studio
  • Responsive to needs/requests/suggestions from management and staff members
  • Manage deliveries and liaise with external vendors to meet the studio's requirements
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and provide detailed reporting
  • Manage and execute event planning, demonstrating organisational skills for successful studio events
  • Policy writing, maintenance, and compliance of studio facilities
  • Manage studio safety and security to ensure a safe and secure working environment
  • Assist new starters, and facilitate communication
