As a member of the Identity & Access Management Team, the Identity Engineer will be a critical part of the Endeavour cybersecurity team and a key driver of the Cyber Security strategy via engagement with the IT transformation and underlying projects. The complexity of the environment creates the opportunity for the successful candidate to establish a solid foundation for the organisation to traverse the required transformation over the coming years. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders in the business and the Cyber Security team. They will be involved with an assortment of projects that support the business.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:
Reviewing current Identity & Access Management frameworks and recommending and implementing enhancements.
Work closely with the security architecture team to ensure security requirements are accounted for at design time in all IAM solutions.
Produce any required IAM documentation relevant to enhancements and/or projects.
Provide active support in remediation activities pertaining to the IAM infrastructure.
Ensure relationships with all project stakeholders are developed and maintained.
Actively act as an Engineer with a hands-on approach as required to ensure desired outcomes.
Work Closely with other Identity Team members to ensure the future state identity landscape is built appropriately for the current and future needs of the organisation.
