Reporting to the NSW Project Manager, the Project Manager (Retail) will be responsible for managing the acquisition, design, construction and delivery of new sites to the business. The key requirements are working with all relevant stakeholders and ensuring they are informed, engaged and have appropriate expectations throughout the course of the project.
Responsibilities include all aspects of project management, particularly stakeholder communication, budget accountability, supplier management and risk assessment. Specific objectives within this position are overseeing and managing the site opportunities including managing the property agency, assessing commercial viability, conducting site visits and presenting suitable sites to the wider business.
