About the company:
This is a fast growing team of over 80 allied health professionals dedicated to serving the North Coast of NSW and South East QLD, providing services in residential aged care, home visits, workplace health, and operating six clinics and gyms.
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct group exercise sessions and falls prevention classes.
- Assess residents' needs in accordance with aged care standards and ANACC.
- Intervene and document post-fall incidents.
- Deliver ANACC Pain management programs, including 1 on 1 treatment, 1 on 1 exercise intervention, and group exercise interventions.
- Implement and enhance rehabilitation exercise programs.
- Collaborate with a team of allied health professionals and medical practitioners for effective treatment plans.
- Provide manual handling training competencies.
- A degree in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy.
- Ideally, have prior experience in residential aged care.
- Build strong rapport with clients and team members.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Hold a valid police check or NDIS worker screening check.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
