We are looking for an experienced, professional and enthusiastic Duty manager to lead the team at Oaks Darwin Elan Hotel.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist in the development and training of Guest Service Agents;
- Ensure that all daily tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner;
- Conducting guest arrivals and departures;
- Confidently providing personalised, attentive guest service, including pre-empting the guest's requirements;
- Imparting your knowledge and recommendations about the hotel, its facilities and the local area including restaurants and attractions;
- Ensuring guest queries and complaints are handled efficiently and effectively;
- Maintaining accurate guest accounts, adhering to strict confidentiality policies and procedures;
- Finalizing guest accounts, including cash handling;
- Assisting in general administration duties in the Front Office department and general duties across the Housekeeping & Maintenance departments as required
Expected hours: 38 hours per week
Location: 31 - 33 Woods Street, Darwin NT 0800
Annual salary range: $70,000 - $75,000 (excluding superannuation)
