o Responsible for providing annual sales plan, quarterly updates, revisions, and necessary modifications in line with the approved ANZ business plan.
o Develops annual sales targets and expense budget which details activities to follow during the financial year.
o Manages all ANZ sales and marketing expenses.
o Assumes ownership and actively works with the regional sales and marketing team in managing Key Opinion Leader relationships, speaker development programs and conference activities.
o Provides leadership, support, guidance, and development to ANZ Sales team.
o Keeps current with all continuing education on latest information related to disease states and the changing business environment.
o Builds trust, values others, communicates effectively, drives execution, fosters innovation, focuses on the customer, collaborates with others, solves problems creatively and demonstrates high integrity.
o Maintains professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
o Performs other duties and reporting requirements as assigned by Vice President, Sales- APAC.
o Undergoes all formal Training Events as may be directed from time-to-time.
o Observes and Complies with all Sirtex Corporate Policies.
o Works within, and ensures adherence to Quality System procedures, work instructions and other Quality System requirements.
o Works within, and ensure adherence to Health, Safety and Environment Management System procedures, instructions, and other requirements.
