The Business Services Coordinator will be supporting the Business Services Manager in the day to day operational running of the Telecommunications Services with a team-centric and a business-focused approach to telecommunications, aligning business objectives with IT operations to consistently deliver reliable and efficient IT services.

- Proactively support operational IT services in line with Business outcomes, ensuring IT deliver value back to Business​​
- Provide insights that enable proactive management of a defined & agreed set of business outcomes
- Contribute to the improvement of IT performance in accordance with business needs
- Benchmark services to enable the business to measure performance and baseline for service improvement
- Produce regular reports with a focus on proactive problem management and service improvement to guide business and IT on risk
- Maintain business outcome SLAs, OLAs & XLAs
- Contribute to the IT Business Service Quality, Continuity & Operations of IT services
- Discover and study the current business systems and develop gap analysis to advance business processes.
- Pursue timely & effective issue escalation and ensure a clear understanding of business impacts within IT tech services, partners to deliver prompt resolution and minimal disruption to business activities
- Take ownership of level 1 support requests in ServiceNow relating to mobile, voice, PABX peripherals and internet
- Maintain a dedicated CMDB
- Engage and collaborate with the other internal IT Teams to fulfill support requests where appropriate and / or source expertise as required
