- Develop & drive marketing campaigns within the National Sales and Customer Relationship Team that leverage opportunity for additional revenue based on the medico-legal markets needs. This would entail strategically managing the Medilaw Group brands in different industry segments by developing end to end communications and tailored plans to support these initiatives.
- Create, produce and publish fresh and engaging marketing content for the web, social media and e-DM (electronic digital marketing).
- E-DM will be for external clients as well as internal staff and specialists.
- Deliver messaging and moderation of social media channels ensuring that content is consistent with the Medilaw Group brand strategy.
On a weekly basis, provide General Manager Customers and Growth with business analytics and market trend analysis
- Ongoing management of a marketing plan that delivers on the company’s revenue targets.
- Work closely with the National Sales and Customer Relationship Team to align marketing materials to Medilaw Group’s branding and direction.
- Assist the National Sales and Customer Relationship Team in the management of strategic supply agreements to the business
- Manage and develop relationships with internal staff and specialist suppliers.
- Identifying and develop new business opportunities outside traditional markets.
- Work with the Executive General Manager and General Manager Customers and Growth in reviewing pricing so as to maximise return whilst remaining competitive.
- Assists Executive General Manager and General Manager Customers and Growth with administration duties when required.
- When required, provide budgeting and ROI modelling for all marketing activities to General Manager Customers and Growth.
- Manage and develop conferencing events, sponsorship and associations relationship.
- End to end support for educational seminar series in nationally.
- Facilitation of speaking engagement for Medilaw Group Specialists at industry conferences.
- Actively identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Maintain a customer focus at all times and a commitment to deliver service excellence
