An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced
Administration Manager to join our established automotive retail operations across our SA sites. You will be part of the team that retails used prestige vehicles. In this critically important role, you will be responsible for all Finance and Administration duties for this important Business Unit.
Job tasks and responsibilities
- Work closely with Group Financial Controller to ensure that all daily, weekly, and monthly P&L reporting is completed.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to manage the day-to-day running of the Site.
- Management of Monthly Sales Commissions.
- Partnering with Sales & Finance departments to ensure best practice processes and compliance.
- General office administration
- Responsible for Site Accounts Receivable and Payable.
- Monthly vehicle stocktakes.
- General Office Management.
