Reporting to the Director - Work Health and Safety, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations through providing accurate administrative and reporting support to our executive team.

What does the role look like?
- Generate, prepare accurate compliance reports for senior leaders, maintaining meticulous records of incidents, and corrective actions.
- Providing high level data entry, processing, manipulation, and analytics using Microsoft Office packages, in particular Microsoft Excel.
- Stay up to date of current and upcoming health and safety regulations, ensuring our operations align with legal requirements.
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the wider team through distributing communication, managing email inboxes and updating documents.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing guidance and support to managers and employees on compliance matters.
- Actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives and building on existing platforms.
