With a proud history starting in Adelaide, today Fielders manufactures and markets steel building products across Australia. We deliver customer-inspired outcomes that support architects, engineers, builders, installers and property owners in creating their vision.
Get ready for this exciting dual role that promises something new every day! Your mornings will start by attending customer service responsibilities at our Bunbury branch. As someone skilled in operating a forklift, you’ll be handling the unloading of incoming deliveries and loading up our products, ready to be despatched to customers. That’s not all – include general warehousing duties and you’ve got a day bursting with variety and excitement!

What Will You Do?
Your responsibilities will include:
- processing and managing customer orders, quotes and enquiries via face to face, online and over the phone as well as processing sales, using EFTPOS and handling cash
- efficient and accurate data entry and order taking, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner and systems are updated accordingly
- maintaining and enhancing relationships with external and internal customers including the Sales and Warehousing teams within the branch
- having high attention-to-detail and accountability ensuring positive impact to the business.
This is a Monday to Friday role, working a 38-hour week within the trading hours of 7am to 3pm.
More About You
A reliable and punctual individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and the drive to perform warehousing duties (training will be provided). Additionally, you will have:
- the ability to obtain a forklift licence (if you don’t already hold), further training will be provided on the job
- high level communication and customer service skills
- strong time management and proficient computer literacy skills in MS Office (training will be provided for in-house systems)
- a willingness to learn, a can-do attitude and a proactive approach
- a high level of safety awareness.
