The Opportunity
Come and discover the opportunity to join our Processing and Logistics team at our Coopers Plains Logistics Terminal as an Operations Coordinator. Reporting to the Logistics Site Leader, you will lead a small team working with our logistics partners to deliver exceptional outcomes for our QLD Customers.
Being in a leadership role, that impacts the safety of our people as well as the quality and reliability of our equipment and products, you will lead, motivate and develop our high performing team to meet and exceed our customer needs. You will also focus on process enhancement, business strategy, and continuous improvement initiatives as you drive the efficiency and effectiveness of operations.

What Will You Do?
While engaging and leading the team, you’ll actively participate in providing the required operational discipline and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with the production team and be responsible for:
- developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, customers and other key stakeholders
- promoting well-being and inclusive behaviours
- Support operational contractor management, cost and service to maximise operational efficiency
- Develop creative solutions to internal and external operational challenges
- Contribute towards strategic planning
- ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, standard operating procedures (SOPS) and audit requirements
- providing coaching and mentoring to direct reports and team members
