YOUR MISSION
- To support the strategy for the Club Assembly team with the aim of providing best in class service and quality standards, driving a positive culture and unified approach across Club Assembly & Customer Services
- To support setting up charts and machinery for new product ranges, perform quality checks and participates in problem identifications and resolutions
- To assist with new incoming shipments, returns, warranty repairs, are processed in line with set deadlines.
- To facilitate cross functional alignment and communication between – Club Assembly, Customer Service, Golf Operations.
- To ensure continuous improvement on club assembly processes quality control and service levels.
YOUR TALENT
- Have strong technical knowledge of golf product.
- Previous experience in any/all areas of club assembly is desirable but not essential (including gripping).
- Be a strong communicator and work closely with the custom build and customer service teams.
- Intermediate computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- High level of organisational skills
- Ability to multitask/prioritise work and deal with time critical tasks.
- Team oriented and be able to work effectively without supervision.
