· Utilising a range and combination of scientific concepts (biomechanics, physiology, sports psychology, motor control and development) and evidence-based practices to advise and support clients/patients
· Provide evidence-based advice and practical guidance on improving health, fitness, well-being, and physical performance
· Establishing and implementing exercise prescription and specific plans for clients/patients
· Conducting both supervised 1:1 and group sessions
· Establishing, assessing and re-assessing goals
· Providing consultation and guidance for athletes or clients with sporting/fitness goals to reach peak performance and recover from injury
· Strength assessments and movement analysis
· Other associated administrative duties as required
