Currently, we are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Guest Service Agent to join Novotel in Canberra.
The successful candidate will have a love for delivering exceptional guest service and have an eye for accuracy. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, will be responsible for the following duties:
- Providing high standard of customer service at all times
- Attending guests’ phone calls, managing inquires, and check in & check out of guests
- Offering and promoting products/services to guests
- Undertaking general clerical & administrative duties where needed
