The position is responsible for:
- Processing customer orders via Redox’s in-house system
- Provide phone/email support for customer service enquiries
- Confidently liaise internally and externally with our transport, warehouse and sales team to ensure our customer
deliveries are completed in a timely manner - Other administrative tasks such as Reception relief
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in an office setting
- Possess excellent time management & organisation skills and high attention to detail.
- Polite and professional phone manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Training on our customised in-house system will be given however experience in a similar customer service role and administrative skills would be looked upon favourably.
