Perform preventive maintenance and proactively find, analyse, and suggest solutions
Inspect, test, troubleshoot, and report on customer equipment issues
Assist with commissioning and planned developments, including site mobilisation requirements
Work with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and team members
Promote the company's products and services when providing advice and support
Provide preventive maintenance and proactively identify, analyse, and recommend solutions
Conduct initial inspections, testing, fault-finding, and technical reporting on customer equipment issues
Support commissioning and planned developments, including site mobilisation requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on customer requirements
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers and team members
Advise and support customers on the company's products and services
Carry out preventive maintenance and proactively detect, analyse, and propose solutions
Perform initial inspections, testing, fault-finding, and technical reporting on customer equipment issues
Help with commissioning and planned developments, including site mobilisation requirements
Cooperate with cross-functional teams to fulfil customer requirements
Create and maintain long-term relationships with customers and team members
What you'll need to succeed For this position, you will need:
Tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering or similar
Have experience in a mechanical maintenance position or similar
Passion for high quality service
Have a valid drivers licence
Be living locally in the Rockhampton Region
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
