About the role:
This is a unique opportunity for a Trade Qualified HD Fitter to join a small team, on a permanent fulltime contract and receive above average remuneration. The role is based at our new Poondano mine site, located 20kms north of Port Hedland, with the role FIFO ex Perth offered on a 2 weeks on 1 week off roster. All mobile plant services are conducted by the OEM, maintenance and fault finding are the main requirements at this site.
To be successful in this role you will require the following:
Australian recognised HD Fitter qualifications
Current driver’s license
Working at Heights Permit or willing to obtain
Confined Space Entry Permit or willing to obtain
Gas Test Atmospheres Permit or willing to obtain
Experience maintaining mobile plant, such as Cat 988 loaders, excavators, water trucks and light vehicles
National Police Clearance
Preferred, although not essential:
First Aid or Senior First Aid Certificate
Elevated Work Platform competency
Rigging competency
