TOMRA, in conjunction with Joint Venture partners Cleanaway, run and operate the Return and Earn scheme in New South Wales.
TOMRA is seeking an Operations Manager to lead our New South Wales team to manage the network across the state.
As the primary point of contact for Network-related matters, The Operations Manager is responsible for managing the relationship between TOMRA and the NSW Joint Venture, Scheme Coordinator and State Government.
In addition, the Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the integrity of the Network. This includes contractor management, contractual obligations to the State Govt and quality of customer experience on site.
Reporting into the Operations Manager are the NSW Field Service team, Partnerships and Field Site team.
Other duties include:
- Nurture key external stakeholder relationships in order to protect and grow existing business (this may include but is not limited to scheme coordinators, government regulators, joint venture partners, and vendors).
- Ensure that TOMRA operated RVM (Reverse Vending Machines) solutions are operational and meeting our up-time SLA obligations
- Drive positive financial outcomes by ensuring the commercial and financial viability of the organisation unit
- Develop a comprehensive account management plan with a focus on customer retention
- Oversee contractual compliance regarding delivery of Network Operator obligations, ensuring the business delivers on uptime and KPI requirements
- Manage comprehensive account management plan with a focus on customer retention Drive the production of compelling business cases and analysis to support services to our sites and customers
- Work closely with the cross-functional teams to optimally manage requests, workload and key resource allocation
