Based in the Illawarra and Wollondilly regions of the southern coalfields (about 75 kilometres south of Sydney) our client is part of a globally diversified mining and metals company. You will be part of a motivated high achieving team and will have:Engineering trade background with industrial experience.Dogging and Rigging qualifications highly regardedCoal Handling and Coal Preparation experience will be highly regarded.A confined space and WAH ticket (with rescue highly regarded)A current Order 43 Coal Board Medical (or ability to acquire one)A sound safety record and commitment to safetyValid Driver’s Licence Your ResponsibilitiesDaily routine lubrication of plant equipment and Mechanical inspections.Preventative and scheduled plant maintenance/repair of Conveyers, Sumps, pumps, pipes and more, alongside facility maintenance when required.Responding to plant and site wide break downsOngoing demonstration of and commitment to site safety.
