Catholic Healthcare is a leading Aged Care provider that is experiencing significant growth and has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced professional to join our Property Team as a Property Acquisition & Disposals Manager.

In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Chief Property Officer, and will be fully responsible for managing the acquisition and disposal of properties in our vast aged care portfolio.

The key focus will be in the implementation of strategic plans for property acquisition and disposal.  You will need to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to ensure all opportunities are aligned with the overall organisational goals and that all transactions comply with relevant regulations and are managed within pre-determined budgets.

The ideal applicant will need to be a strategic thinker that can build strong relationships to ensure successful implementation. You must also have excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively and effectively across cross-functional teams and with other internal and external stakeholders.

Additionally you will require:

  • Minimum 10+ years demonstrated relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of property law, aged care regulations, compliance and quality standards
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property Development, Property Valuation business, or a related field. Eg Business. Masters degree or relevant certification preferred
  • Knowledge of risk management principles, methodologies, and best practices
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision making skills
  • Must be able to provide evidence or Covid19 Immunisations

This role is  a 2-year maximum term contract however as a growing organisation there may be other opportunities in the future with Catholic Healthcare.
