Contract Administration Manager

You will be part of the management team on the Gold Coast Sales Deck, with responsibilities across a geographically spread operation. You will be responsible for the managing of all administration functions and office management of the Sales offices, to ensure a smooth operation of the administrative function.

Embark on your journey with a dynamic team of Sales professionals working flexibly across Thursday to Monday.

Your Role: 

  • Accurately prepare contracts and finance documentation on an on-going basis
  • Provide training and assist the sales team to ensure compliance with regards to documentation
  • Manage all administrative functions within the Sales Offices
  • Ensure accurate data entry of records of all customers
  • Prepare and distribute daily Sales reports
  • Liaise with the Corporate Offices, building relationships with the multi department teams
